Ted French, President and Founder

Ted has been finding top professionals and matching them with leading organizations for over 16 years. After working for several years in the retail grocery industry for a local Arizona grocery chain, he was recruited into the recruiting and staffing industry in 1991 by a national executive search and staffing firm. During his 8 year tenure there, Ted’s knack for finding and building relationships with the top talent allowed him to enjoy much success as a top producer for the firm. In 1997 he was recognized as the number one producer in their Search Division and number two producer company wide. Ted went on to provide recruiting and staffing consulting services for a short time before founding PrimeStaff in November of 1999. Since then, Ted has provided the vision and leadership to propel PrimeStaff from its humble beginnings as a small, local recruiting firm to one of the fastest growing and most successful healthcare recruiting and staffing firms in the nation! Ted attributes the success and incredible growth of PrimeStaff to its team of top healthcare recruiting professionals and their unwavering commitment to quality, professionalism, and ethics.

Todd Dixon, Vice President

Since 1994, Todd has enjoyed a very successful career within the recruiting and staffing industry. Prior to joining PrimeStaff in 2001, he rose quickly within a national staffing firm in Branch, District and Area Management roles in New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona. In these roles Todd was recognized for setting a company record (786% above quota) with second year net profits in a start up branch while winning a national sales contest for growth and quality. Early on in his tenure with PrimeStaff, Todd received the Pinnacle Award earned only by the top 1% of staffing and recruiting professionals nationally, for exceeding 1 million dollars in gross profit production. Todd is the President Elect for the Arizona Health Care Financial Management Association (AZHFMA) and was voted Outstanding Board Member for his contributions in 2007. Additionally he is an active member of several other leading healthcare organizations including the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and the Arizona Hospital Human Resources Association (AHHRA). Todd provides leadership for PrimeStaff in the areas of market expansion, client relations, internal staff training, business development and overall strategic initiatives. He believes PrimeStaff’s success is due to an emphasis on relationship building, hard work, and commitment to quality and excellence with candidates and clients.

Gary Oglesby, Chief Information Officer

Gary has been in the information technology industry since 1988. Before joining PrimeStaff in 2005, he enjoyed a successful career with Fortune 500 technology and telecommunications companies, where he was recognized for his analytical and management skills. He has held increasingly key positions with organizations nationwide. Gary holds a Master of Science in Technology with honors from Aspen University and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology with honors from University of Phoenix. He holds credentials as a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) and several other industry certifications. He has received numerous awards during his career, most recently receiving the Excellence in Government Service Award in 2003 and a commendation from President William Clinton for his efforts in a White House electronic mail project. He was a speaker at the 2nd World Wi-Fi Conference held in Amsterdam, Netherlands and is also a member of the IEEE.

Cheri French, Chief Financial Officer

Cheri’s success in the recruiting and staffing industry has spanned nearly 20 years. Beginning in 1988, she has successfully held increasingly responsible key positions in accounting, payroll, and operations within the industry. Her career began as a receptionist for a local Arizona staffing firm where her talent and work ethic were quickly recognized. She enjoyed several promotions within that organization and she ultimately was elevated to Accounting Manager. Throughout her tenure, she has a long track record of successfully developing teams responsible for Payroll, Accounting and Compliance functions. Additionally, she created and led a successful payroll servicing company. She holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School (1998) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ottawa University where she graduated Cum Laude in 1996. She is an Arizona native and has been a key player with the start up and continued achievements of PrimeStaff.

Jennifer Sommers, Quality Assurance Director

Jennifer has been in healthcare since 1991 and she has held various positions at the executive level. Before joining PrimeStaff in 2007, she was most recently with InSight Health Services as the Regional Billing Director. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Revenue Services Director with Sonora Quest Laboratories where she participated in Six Sigma activities as both a Green Belt and Project Champion. Prior to transitioning to the healthcare provider community, Ms. Sommers spent 9 years with Intergroup of Arizona, now operating as HealthNet of Arizona. She is also an active member of Health Care Financial Management Association (HFMA). In her current role with PrimeStaff, Jennifer is responsible for ensuring our healthcare community partners and candidates are provided with the very best in recruiting quality, value, and results. Jennifer’s responsibilities at PrimeStaff also include the oversight and monitoring of quality metrics and measurements for candidate placements. In addition, she has leadership responsibility for the Scottsdale Branch production team including the Research Department, Healthcare Career Consultants and Account Managers.

James Long, Branch Manager, Tucson

James has been in the healthcare industry since 1994. Before joining PrimeStaff in 2007 as the Tucson Branch Manager, James was with Cornerstone Healthcare Group as the Chief Operation Officer. He started his career with Vencor Hospital/Vencare as the Director of Clinical Operations. In that role he oversaw operations for 200 clinical Employees and the multi-site management of clinical operations for a one million dollar market. In his next role with Vencor Hospital/Vencare he was responsible for an increase of 45% of the managed care and outpatient contracts during his tenure. James brings his strength of skill in operations, forecasting, vendor and client relationships and staff management to the PrimeStaff Tucson Branch. His multi-industry knowledge and clear business sense to “make all things measurable” will contribute to PrimeStaff Tucson’s success.
