Contract to Hire

As a Contract to Hire Associate with PrimeStaff you will benefit from having the assistance of a dedicated Career Goal Advisor -- completely FREE to you. After determining your career goals, they will help you to create a resume that most effectively highlights your unique experience, skills and abilities. And, they will stay by your side throughout the entire contract term to answer questions, interface with your boss and generally act as an advocate on your behalf.

Contract to Hire is a way for you to try a company before fully committing to them. During your contract time, you will be an employee of PrimeStaff and receive weekly paychecks. Additionally, medical and/or dental benefits are available to your family and yourself if you need them.
